What is included in a Desert Safari Dubai
Every evening safari includes these core elements. The difference between packages is the vehicle arrangement, camp comfort, and optional add-ons — not whether you receive Dubai home/hotel pickup.
Dinner & entertainment
BBQ buffet dinner with grilled meats, salads, and Arabic dishes. Vegetarian options are available — mention it when booking. Live shows include belly dance, tanoura spin, and fire performance. Tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks are included.
Package upgrades
Add a 25–30 minute quad bike ride, choose VIP sofa-style seating with a separate VIP buffet section, combine both upgrades, or reserve your own private 4×4 and driver. Morning Safari is available separately on request for guests who want a shorter adventure without dinner or shows.

First-time visitors to Dubai
If this is your first trip to Dubai, the evening safari is the right call. It gives you the desert, sunset, dinner, and shows in one evening. Home or hotel pickup is included on every package, including the AED 225 Premium Evening. You are upgrading for comfort, not transport: VIP adds sofa-style seating and a separate VIP buffet section, and Private Car gives your group its own vehicle and driver.
Families with children
Private Car is the best option for families. Your kids ride in your own vehicle, you control the pace, and you can skip dune bashing if they're very young. At camp, children can walk around, ride the camel, eat at the buffet. Child seats available on request.
Couples
VIP or Private Car both work well. VIP upgrades the camp experience with sofa-style seating and a separate buffet section; Private Car gives you your own vehicle and driver. The sunset stop is the main photo moment for most couples.
Budget travelers
Premium Safari is the most affordable option. The core experience is the same — shared car pickup from home/hotel included. If you want adventure, the Quad Bike Combo is the best value upgrade.
Pickup areas and timing
Shared home/hotel pickup and drop-back are included across Dubai on the standard evening packages. Travel time to Lahbab is typically around 45–60 minutes depending on your location and traffic.
Pickup areas covered
We pick up from Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown (Burj Khalifa area), Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, and all major hotel zones. Just share your hotel name or apartment address when booking and we'll confirm timing.
Palm Jumeirah and Deira pickups start slightly earlier due to distance. Downtown, Marina, and Business Bay are the fastest routes to the desert.

- 2:30–3:30 PM — pickup window (depends on area and season)
- 3:30–4:30 PM — drive to Lahbab desert
- 4:30–5:30 PM — dune bashing + sunset stop
- 5:30–6:00 PM — arrive at camp, camel ride
- 6:00–9:00 PM — dinner, shows, activities
- 9:00–10:00 PM — return to hotel
Times shift with season. Summer pickups start later, winter pickups earlier. We confirm exact timing the day before.

Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You book via form or WhatsApp, receive confirmation, and pay the driver or guide on the day of the tour. No credit card charge, no deposit.
Is dune bashing safe?
Dune bashing is an off-road activity and should not be treated as risk-free. Pregnant guests, people with serious back or neck conditions, and very young children should skip it and request the gentler direct-to-camp option. Tell us before booking so the correct arrangement can be confirmed.
How long is the tour?
About 6 hours door-to-door for evening safari. Morning safari is shorter — about 3–4 hours. The exact timing depends on your pickup area and the season.
What should I wear?
Light, comfortable clothes. Sneakers or sandals are fine. Avoid heavy shoes or formal wear. Bring a light jacket in winter months (November–February) as desert evenings can get cool.
Can I book on the same day?
Usually yes, depending on availability. During peak season (December–March), booking 1–2 days ahead is better. WhatsApp is the fastest way to check same-day availability.
Is it suitable for elderly guests?
Often, yes, but comfort and mobility needs vary. Private Car with a direct-to-camp transfer is the easiest arrangement when dune bashing should be skipped. Tell us about any mobility limits before booking so we can confirm the camp setup and the most suitable route.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Vegetarian options are standard at the BBQ dinner. For vegan, halal-specific, or allergy requirements, mention them when booking and we'll confirm with the camp.
Which desert area do you go to?
Most evening safaris go to Lahbab desert, known for red sand dunes. It's about 45–60 minutes from central Dubai. The dunes are taller and the sand is more scenic than closer desert areas.
